March made the practitioner portal work well on the go and made incoming lab results easier to work through.

1. Manage everything from your phone​

  • Mobile-friendly tables. The Referrals, Results, Members and Invitations lists now adapt to smaller screens, so you can manage your organisation from a phone or tablet.

2. Clearer incoming lab results​

  • See the doctors involved. Unassigned incoming results now show the referring and consulting doctor, making them easier to match to the right patient.
  • Extracted-PDF view. View the PDF extracted from a lab message directly.
  • Prioritise by what's outstanding. Incoming results can be sorted by the number of pending biomarkers.

3. Set an organisation support email​

  • Your support address. Organisations can now configure a support email so communications point clients to the right place.

Also worth noting​

  • Ordering safeguards. We now enforce a minimum-age restriction at ordering time.
