Product Update — May 2026
This month brought richer results, the ability to make the experience your own, and a better way to find where to get tested.
1. Results with more context
- Cardiovascular risk targets. Lipid results (such as cholesterol) now show the relevant risk target alongside the standard reference range, so an "in range" value is easier to interpret against cardiovascular-health goals.
- Cleaner lipid presentation. We fixed how lipid panels are displayed so the numbers and ranges read correctly.
What this means for you
Results are easier to make sense of at a glance — you can see not just whether a value is normal, but how it sits against clinical targets.
2. Make the experience your own
- White-label branding. Organisations can now apply their own branding, so the experience your clients see reflects your clinic rather than ours.
3. A better collection-centre finder
- Smoother map. We resolved jank and layout issues in the collection-centre map and improved the overall finding-a-centre experience.
4. Webhooks and team management, now standard
- Generally available. Organisation webhook configuration and member management graduated from limited rollout and are now available to everyone.
Building an integration? We also published a machine-readable API description at
/llms.txt for LLM and agent tooling. See the API changelog
for the developer-facing detail.
